Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SecureYourself.io (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Authorised use

The Platform provides isolated lab environments for security education and training. You may only use the Platform for lawful purposes within these environments. Specifically:

• All hacking activity must remain within the isolated containers provided by the Platform.
• You must not attempt to attack the Platform infrastructure, other users, or any external system.
• You must not use techniques or tools acquired here to attack systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.
• You must not share flags, solutions, or lab contents publicly in a way that spoils the challenges for other users.
• You must not attempt to extract, exfiltrate, or retain any data belonging to other users or the Platform.

3. Account eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Lab environments

Lab containers are temporary and are automatically terminated after 2 hours. Any data or work inside a container that is not submitted as a flag is lost when the session ends. The Platform makes no guarantee of uptime or availability of individual labs.

5. Intellectual property

All lab content, challenges, documentation, and Platform code are the intellectual property of SecureYourself.io. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that labs will be error-free, that access will be uninterrupted, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureYourself.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
